The combined package gives you a Stand Alone application which will work on a 32 bit system, but there is a 64 bit Mercalli Pro V2 included and it is very fast and vfery effective with a Nividia Fx 3800.
I was disappointed as Premiere Pro 1.5.1 had SteadyMove Pro as a Third Party Plug In, which was not bad, but, you could download from ProDAD, gmbh, Mercalli Pro V2, (you can trial this and see what you think) and for a Plug In at quarter of the price of After Effects, if you do not need anything other than an image stabilizer, it is very professional.
